10th INSME Annual Meeting Fees

Registration is mandatory for all participants (INSME, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development  and Non Members) to confirm your attendance.

Fees for the International Conference:

Second registered delegate from the same organization will benefit from a reduced fee (50%).

* UAE citizens and residents will participate for free at the international conference. Please note that UAE citizenship/residency must be demonstrated by sending a scan of your ID to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. UAE citizens/residents might also be asked to show their ID at the reception desk. UAE participants will benefit from the same discounted rate as INSME members for the International Training.

Travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the participants.

Please register ALSO any accompanying person (wife, husband, children, friend, etc). The accompanying person does not have any access to the international Conference, Roundtables, training sessions or business meetings.

All participants of the INSME International training get a free INSME full membership trial of 2 months.

The second registered delegate from the same organization will benefit from a reduced fee (25%) for the training.

Travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the participants.

The Conference Registration Fee for all participants includes:

1. Attendance to sessions
2. Entrance to the exhibition
3. Congress documents bags
4. Coffee breaks
5. Lunches on March 18th and 19th for those attending the Innovation Tour
6. Dinner on March 19th

Method of Payment

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • Desk payment: by cash in Euro directly at the conference venue (requires still registration)

Cancellation Policy

  • If your participation is cancelled prior to February 27th, the full fee will be reimbursed.
  • Please note that any additional expenses for bank transfer concerning reimbursement are on you.
  • If your participation is cancelled after February 27th, no reimbursement is possible.
  • Please note that it is possible to send a proxy from your organization in case you are not able to attend.

Insurance and Liability

In registering for the 2014 INSME Annual Meeting you agree that neither the organizing committee nor the secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
